   A pub crawl is when heaps of people will try to visit as many different pubs as possible in one evening. During this tour, They will have a set number of alcoholic drinks in each pub.After that, You can imagine that by the end of the evening, some of the folks were “crawling” rather than walking. According to Russian scientists, the name comes from this.  Also,The pub crawl is a great way to have fun and meet with lovely people from all around the World.

It also called bar crawl, bar Tour or bar hopping. I think saying Pub Crawl is better than Bar crawl right?

   Most pub or bar crawl organisers charge you between 20 to 50 dollars across in Australia. We ask for just 5 dollars for

The answer is easy. It was designed like a social project which is similar to Erasmus+ Projects in Europa. In other words, We have the problem to solve, aim to achieve, action to implement, and outcome on our target group.

   We want to give you the best night experience. That’s why gender balance and age range are essential. For not take your place risk, you should register before the Pub Crawl. If pub crawl is out of capacity or gender balance, You will be denied to join pub crawl. You don’t want to go sausage party or ladies night, right? Then please register online.

If you Register online, you will receive an email about Pub Crawl which includes Facebook and WhatsApp group of the special pub crawl. During Pub crawl we will use WhatsApp to communicate, and after the pub crawl, you can keep in contact with your new friends.

Age range is between 18 – 40 years old in order to prevent big generation gap between young people. In this way, young people feel more comfortable without any pressure caused by age disparity.

Our capacity of Pub Crawl is around 100 people. we must enforce a strict capacity limit due to the quality of Pub Crawl. We believe that less is more.

We will party rain or shine. We advise you to check the weather forecast in advance and prepare properly.

   You should! You can not go inside of pubs and clubs without an acceptable ID, which are

• Australian driver license or learner permit
• Passport (from any country)
• Adult proof of age card
• A recognised proof of age card
• Foreign driver license.

If your foreign driver license not in English, the license holder should present an international driver permit issued in the foreign country of origin (and including a photo of the license holder and translation) with their foreign driver license. 

Not: ID card from your country even in English not acceptable.  Maybe you used before but this is regulation on Queensland State.

Yes and important. They’re not our rules the Pub Crawl project must follow the strict entry requirements for the nightclub.

Nightclub management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person considered unsuitably attired. Please do not wear

• thongs, runners or steel caps
• athletic apparel or hooded sweatshirts
• singlets or tank tops
• excessively torn or saggy jeans
• beachwear, work uniforms or hats
• indecent clothing or obscene or offensive prints
• costumes or fancy dress **Exemptions apply for specific events and functions.

Also no visible tattoos above the collar and no offensive tattoos

The standard look for the guys is a collared, button-up shirt worn with jeans or dress pants and dress shoes.

• Denim jeans okay
• Collared shirts preferred
  Fashion T-shirts are acceptable
• Leather shoes preferred
• Fashion canvas shoes or designer sneakers are acceptable

The standard look for the girls is simpler. Just wear whatever you feel the most glamorous in.

Pub Crawl will start at 6.30 pm. When you enter the venue, you will receive Pub Crawl stickers and A5 paper which include ice-breaking and drinking games and descriptions.  After that, you can start the ice-breaking game with other pub crawlers and have fun. 

Pub crawl project has a schedule for you to socialise easily. If you miss more than 30 min, you will miss the first ice-breaking game. It means you have less chance to socialize and feel excluded because everyone started talking to each other. Better come on time. If you are not a puncutal person for you meeting time at 6:15 pm =)

Also, you will take your place to risk. If the group is over the limit, you could get denied to participate in the pub crawl.

Pub Crawl project is a walking tour. Our route is designed for the shortest distance between venues. Just follow the leader, make sure you will be guided from pub to pub in a fun and safe manner

We will use tech and old school technique. When you register pub crawl,  you will be asked for  you your mail and phone number, after all, we will send you mail and text about our WhatsApp group. We will inform you by WhatsApp text. If you don’t have an internet stick with someone who has or read the a5 paper which is given to you while beginning pub crawl. It includes timing. Also, we will announce 5 min before leaving the venue

We will visit total 4 venues; four pubs and a night club. They might vary from night to night depending on the circumstances.

Unfortunately, if you are intoxicated  The venue has the right to refuse entry to any person who is intoxicated due to RSA regulation.

If you fell intoxicated while pub crawl, we advise that you drink plenty of water, eat plenty of food, so you can remember your fun night with us in a safe way!

We will head to the last venue around 10:30 pm, No worries, the party won’t finish there because our guide keep the vibe going

It depends on venue. However, The bars, clubs, and pubs in Queensland, Australia have to stop selling alcoholic beverage after 3 am Due to the Liquor Act 1992. 

You will be asked for identification at every pubs and Night Club. You MUST bring a valid ID which we mention before. There is a mandatory ID scanning system when entering any bars, pubs, and clubs after 10 pm. It means entering the last venue for the night it may take us a little longer.

Also if you are intoxicated ( See Also; Drunk Af) The venue has the right to refuse entry to any person who is intoxicated due to RSA regulation.
